Content Use Agreement

We here at MackTak enjoy your posts and know that others that see it in our website, will have
use of it. Please consider allowing us to publish your work by seeing how we will be using it. Allowing
www.macktak.com to use your images, video and anything we find useful by granting permission using
Facebook, Instagram or twitter. You can grant permission by simply replying to our post saying #iagree.
Your permission includes that you serve as and warrant that you solely own the content and there are
no other parties that claim ownership. You are giving www.macktak.com permission a non-exclusive and
non-revocable commercial right to use the content anyway deemed important. (Includes without
limitation internet posting, display, distribution, reproduction, publication, email and video) We can use
our won services or third party services worldwide without limitation or restriction. You give permission
that www.macktak.com can use the contents in photographs, sketches, cartoons, films, art work and
textural matter. MackTak.com will try to give credit for your content but that it is not mandatory and
you agree that it is not required that credit be given. By waiving your right to approve the content or the
advertisement copy, any claims to your content or our purpose of use. If any part of any provision is
deemed invalid under any statue/law, that alone shall be presumed excluded and the rest of the
agreement shall remain in full effect. The content use agreement shall be governed by New York Laws. If
you do not agree to these terms, please notify us so we are aware that you do not agree to these terms.
