Return/Exchange Policy offers its customers only the best quality of products. Dresses are 
carefully inspected by different departments prior to shipping to avoid any defects or other flaws.
However, our number one priority is to make the shopping 
experience smooth and satisfactory for a customer. We do understand that online 
shopping is quite risky when it comes to getting the best fit for your body type and
we do realize that you may not love the dress for different reasons whether it’s a 
size, color or cut. Don’t worry if the dress you thought was the one for you was 
actually not suitable. gives you an opportunity to either exchange the 
product for any other style, size or color or give you the option to return the dress 
and get a full store credit. No restocking fees will be charged for exchanges or store credit.
Store Credit is valid for three years after activation. Your store credit starts from the day we receive your return item. 
Please note that this policy only applies to the Non-Sale items. According to Terms and Conditions all sale/discounted items are final sale.
Procedure to Exchange or Return for a Store Credit
In order to process an Exchange or Store Credit, the customer has to contact customer service within 3 days after receiving an order. After being 
approved for exchange or a store credit you will be given a special Exchange/Store
Credit Authorization Form. You have to fill out the form and email it back to the 
customer service representative; after receiving your filled out and signed form we 
will assign you an Exchange or a Store Credit Number; you have to put this number
with a black marker on the top of the box and ship to the  address customer service will provide you.
Please be advised that any box without a valid Authorization number will not be 
accepted by the shipping department and will be refused. You have to ship the package to us within 2 business 
days after being assigned the Authorization Code. You can send the item/items back with regular shipping. 
Exchange and store credit items cannot be done in person or in any of our stores.
