MackTaks number one priority is to make the shopping experience smooth and satisfactory for our customers. We offer authenticity and the best quality for our products. Dresses are carefully inspected for defects and flaws by different departments prior to shipping to avoid a hassle. We understand that online shopping can be quite risky due to different size, color or cut but do not hesitate, we have you covered.
Policy for dresses: MackTak offers exchanges on your dress for any other dress, size, color, or style. You have 7 days to notify us that you want to exchange the dress upon receiving the dress.
Policy for knits: Our knit suits and knit dresses are custom made and they are made by your measurements therefor we do not accept return or exhanges on our knits. 
Policy for bridal & wedding dresses: Bridal dresses and bridal gowns are also made and edited by your measurements and therefor we cannot returns and exchanges on our bridal gowns.

Upon receiving the E.A. #, you will have 3 days to provide us the tracking information for the dress being sent back to us excluding Sunday or the postmarked package should be within the 3 day timeframe. For an exchange there is no restocking fee charges but customer is liable to pay for shipping for the new dress. International customers who received free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. International customers will be held liable to pay for shipping charges for an exchange for the new dress.  We will not accept exchanges after the time has passed under any circumstances. International customers will be held liable for their country taxes.  Alfa Beta and MackTak Collection dresses are exchangeable. 
You may return an item for refund & a 50% restocking fee will be applied. 

Special Order dresses: 

Special order dresses are not exchangeable. This means if we don't have an item in stock and you would like to special order it and have the designer just to produce it for you, then the item will not be returnable or exchangeable. Our knit suits and knit dresses are 100% custom made and they are not exchangeable. This especially includes dresses by Abdo Aoude, Cristallini, Dovita Bridal, Edward Arsouni, Gatti Nolli, Isabel Sanchis, In Couture, Beside Couture, Beside Couture by GEMY and Terani Couture. All purchases are final. 

All dresses should be brand new/unused/unaltered with original tags and packaging. All goods must be in the original packing, with the tags attached, unworn, unwashed condition and must be undamaged in order to be eligible for a store credit or exchange. The dress should not have any smell such as perfume, cigarette smell, body odor smell etc. If you choose not to exchange you will receive store credit that can be used within two years but the full amount has to be used and no money will be returned. You can use your credit towards one or two purchases if you have a balance in your credit. If you have seen another dress you prefer, we must first receive the first dress in order to mail out the second dress but please first confirm that we have the second dress in stock. If we do not have a dress you want in stock, you can keep your store credit for future use. You must first contact us via email [email protected] or you can call us at (718) 525-3018 to receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EA#) in order to ship us the dress you are exchanging. You must ship the dress within 3 business days upon receiving the EA# and email us the tracking number within the time frame of 3 days. The EA # should be clearly written on the box with a black marker for the receiving department to accept the package; if you ship without an Exchange Authorization Number (EA#) the package will not be accepted and sent back to you. All refused packages will be the customer’s responsibility and MackTak will not hold any kind of responsibility. Exchange policy is not for special orders, sale items, markdowns, clearance items, etc. There is no return or exchanges on sale items. In order to exchange your dress we will email you a return label for both ways (For the exchange dress - From customer to our warehouse and from our warehouse to the customer) and there will be a $60 fee for our return label. Once we send you the return UPS/FEDEX/DHL label you will have 5 business days to send the item back to us. After the 5 days is completed we will not be able to accept the return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy: 

Once you place your order our team will start processing your order right away. 

Your order can be cancelled but there will be a cancellation fee of 50%.
