MackTaks number one priority is to make the shopping experience smooth and satisfactory for our customers. We offer authenticity and the best quality for our products. Dresses are carefully inspected for defects and flaws by different departments prior to shipping to avoid a hassle. We understand that online shopping can be quite risky due to different size, color or cut but do not hesitate, we have you covered. MackTak offers return/exchange on your dress for any other dress, size, color, or style. You have 7 days to notify us that you want to return/exchange the dress upon receiving the dress. Upon receiving the E.A. #, you will have 3 days to provide us the tracking information for the dress being sent back to us excluding Sunday or the postmarked package should be within the 3 day timeframe. For domestic returns there will be a 15% restocking fee charge, for an exchange there is no restocking fee charges but domestic customer is liable to pay for shipping of new dress. International customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee and International customers who received free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit. International customers will be held liable to pay for shipping charges for an exchange for the new dress. We will not accept returns/exchanges after the time has passed under any circumstances. International customers will be held liable for country taxes with every exchange/return.
Special Order dresses are not returnable/exchangeable. If we have to special order a dress that we usually do not carry stock in, please be advised that you cannot return or exchange it. They are Final Sale! This especially includes Dresses by Edward Arsouni, Gatti Nolli, MNM Couture, Beside Couture, Beside Couture by GEMY but not limited too. All purchases are final!
All dresses should be brand new/unused/unaltered with original tags and packaging. All goods must be in the original packing, with the tags attached, unworn, unwashed condition and must be undamaged in order to be eligible for a store credit or return. The dress should not have any smell such as perfume, cigarette smell, body odor smell etc. If you choose to exchange you will receive store credit that can be used within two years but the full amount has to be used and no money will be returned. You can use your credit towards one or two purchases if you have a balance in your credit. If you have seen another dress you prefer, we must first receive the first dress in order to mail out the second dress but please first confirm that we have the second dress in stock. If we do not have a dress you want in stock, you can keep your store credit for future use. You must first contact us via email email@example.com or you can call us at (347) 506-0809 to receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EA#) in order to ship us the dress you are exchanging/returning. You must ship the dress within 3 business days upon receiving the EA# and email us the tracking number within the time frame of 3 days. The EA # should be clearly written on the box for the receiving department to accept the package; if you ship without an Exchange/ Return Authorization Number (EA#) the package will not be accepted and sent back to you. All refused packages will be the customer’s responsibility and MackTak will not hold any kind of responsibility. Return/ Exchange policy is not for special orders, sale items, markdowns, clearance items, etc. There is no return or exchanges on sale items!
